A Fellowship With A Difference

Quay thử miền nam hôm nayThe Administrative Fellowship with Penn Medicine is an extraordinary opportunity for select individuals to expand their skills and build a meaningful career — a career that will impact the way in which health care is delivered. Based at the system level, the fellowship is a two-year experience that exposes future health care leaders to the entire health care continuum under the mentorship and guidance of senior leaders. Administrative Fellows lead special projects and system-wide initiatives, as well as focus on day-to-day operational management within our hospitals and clinical practice environments. All Fellows have the option of pursuing an interim management role.

At Penn Medicine, no two Administrative Fellowships are the same. All Fellows customize their own experience to best meet their goals, and receive ample support to make it all possible.
